In March 2021, PharmaResources successfully submitted an IPO application to the ChiNext board of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. The application was approved by the listing committee in April 2022. The China Securities Regulatory Commission granted approval for the first public issuance of shares by PharmaResources (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. and its listing on the ChiNext board in Shenzhen on July 8, 2022. On October 18, 2022, PharmaResources successfully issued 19.25 million A-shares and became listed on the ChiNext board.
